Return policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Returns must be notified in writing via email to info@homelyliving.co.uk.
- You must provide proof of shipment to the same email address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, we will cover the return costs. We recommend using a tracked service to avoid any issues.
- We reserve the right to decline a refund if returned items do not meet the above conditions.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If preferred, store credit is also available upon request.
Items Excluded From Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal or hygiene-related items
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
Return Instructions
Please do not hand over your return to a delivery driver without registering it first. Follow these steps to ensure smooth processing:
- Register Your Return: Contact us at info@homelyliving.co.uk to register your return. Include your contact details, order number, and photos if the item is defective or damaged (for warranty purposes).
- Receive Your Return Form: Our support team will send you a return form.
- Prepare Your Package: Use the return address provided in the form. Include the completed return form inside the parcel.
- Send Your Return: Ship the parcel using a tracked service and email us the proof of shipment including Track & Trace. Once the tracking status shows "delivered", we will process your refund within 5 business days.
