Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

How long does delivery take?
We process all orders within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days. You can find full shipping and delivery details here.
- What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom – no minimum spend required.
We currently do not deliver outside the UK. -
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code via the email address used at checkout. You can also track your order here.

What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a nearby collection point.
You’ll receive an email or notification with details on where and when you can collect your order.
If the parcel isn’t collected in time, it may be returned to us. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@homelyliving.co.uk, so we can arrange a suitable solution.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours, provided it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Can I return my product if I'm not satisfied?

How long does it take to process my refund after a return?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account. If preferred, store credit can be provided instead.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us at info@homelyliving.co.uk so we can check the status for you.
