Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order.

Processing and dispatch typically take 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days after dispatch.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number, so you can easily follow its journey.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped, up to a maximum of 48 hours after placing it. Once you have received the shipping confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. If preferred, store credit can be provided instead.
